Design Services

CLIENT INTAKE AND DEPOSIT

Once all the details for your project have been discussed it’s time to make your deposit!

I offer payment flexibility that caters to the needs of my clients, who are primarily small businesses/sole proprietors/startups.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to start work, with remaining balance due prior to delivery of final products.

Clients are welcomed to pay the full invoice amount up front as well if it is easier for you.

Once work has begun, and a deposit made, should the client for any reason wish to cancel their project please note 20% of the total quoted project cost will be retained for labor as a NON_REFUNDABLE fee.

DESIGN CONCEPTS

Within 3 business days of receiving your info, and deposit I will begin to create design concepts for you. I will deliver watermarked samples to you for review. When your feedback has been received on these designs we will make any needed/specified changes to your favorite logo choice until you are completely satisfied.

*The goal is to work together to achieve a final design that matches your vision and combines both the client’s personal tastes and professionally executed design.

*Note that while there is no official limit on revisions, I reserve the right to, upon excessive revisions, request the client to pay a 10% fee or should client wish to terminate the project, 20% of the total quoted project cost will be retained as a non refundable fee
